Delivery and Refunds Policy
- Vijaya Nursery ensures that only quality products in quality packaging are dispatched to our customers. We have partnered with reputed courier agencies for a safe and timely delivery.
- There is no delivery charge if the cart value is equal to or above ₹1,000/-. Flat delivery charge of ₹200/- applies if the cart value is equal to or less than ₹999/-.
- We can accept only prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery / Pay on Delivery option is no longer available.
- All orders are dispatched from our Head Office located in Khetri, Assam within 3 days of payment. 99% of the orders are delivered to our customers within 10 days of payment.
- Plants are live beings and undergo stress (like drooping or yellowing) during transport which is to be EXPECTED when placing an order. This should not be considered mortality / permanent damage or an assumption that a damaged plant was shipped. Plants do recover from such stress with proper care within 30 days.
- If you feel that a wrong product has been sent, please follow the RESOLUTION PROTOCOL and we will be happy to dispatch the correct product to you at no extra cost. In such cases, you must ensure that the wrong product is returned to us in proper packaging. All charges related to the return will be borne by us.
- If a product is missing from your delivered order, please follow the RESOLUTION PROTOCOL and we will be happy to dispatch the missing product to you at no extra cost.
- In case your ordered product/s is no longer in stock for some reason, post order payment, we will be happy to refund the full order value to you. You also have an option to order other available product/s with adjustment of your paid amount.
- You are also free to cancel your order within 2 hours of payment in which case, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded to you. After 2 hours of order payment, a deduction of ₹200/- applies and the balance of the paid amount will be refunded to you. You only need to WhatsApp CANCEL on +91 88769-55560 in these situations. However, please note that we are unable to accept any cancellation requests once a delivery tracking number has been generated for your order and we will not be able to provide any refund in such cases.
RESOLUTION PROTOCOL
- WhatsApp your concern on +91 88769-55560 within 24 hours of delivery from your registered mobile number.
- Attach a clear and at least a 20 second VIDEO of the delivered product/s and its packaging.
- Mention the Sale # as mentioned in your invoice PDF version.
- Our team will review the request and take suitable action within 24 hours.
